Wow! I think that's the longest we’ve ever gone between website updates. By no means does this mean that we haven’t been busy.  We’ve permanently moved the entire retail operation closer to the beach.  With the massive amount of friends we had coming through our doors down at 83 Main Street as our rental shop, we have now made 83 Main Street our new permanent location for retail, rentals, everything!  So, if you didn’t already figure this out during the gorgeous holiday weekend that we just had, we have left our lower level location up the street and settled into our new home at 83 Main Street, just a few doors off the beach.  Come out and see the new store!  We’re also back to in-season / Summer hours (Monday - Wednesday: 11am to 8pm, Thursday - Sunday: 10am to 8pm, holiday Mondays: 10am to 8pm), which means you’ll be able to pop in any day of the week. And in case you didn't notice the headline, any item still in the store from last season is now 50% off through the end of the month! This stuff is moving quickly, but there's still some left, even after the busy weekend we just had. So, come on out for the deals before it's too late.

BIG NEWS!!! Andy put in some good-sized orders for killer 2013 gear and clothing down at the Surf Expo, so he's gotta start making some room in the shop for this new merchandise. This means that effective today, the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE sale is back at Endless Surf through Thanksgiving Monday! Some 'bigger ticket' items may be excluded from this sale. In other news, if you're a fan of the website and the Endless Surf culture, but live in a distant location that prevents you from making it out to see us in Grand Bend as much as you'd like to, we will be launching an online retail store at Endlesssurf.ca for the 2013 season. More news on that to come!

Thanks to all of our Endless Surfers for yet another killer season along the shores of one of Canada's greatest beaches! As always, Endless Surf hours through Canadian Thanksgiving weekend are now a bit lighter than they would be prior to Labour Day. We are still open every day, just not as long. And the rental shop is only likely to be opened up on weekends, so if you're in town looking for rentals, visit us at the main shop first and make sure to check out our Mid Season Fall Hours before you making the trip to Grand Bend. This coming weekend, our fearless leader Andy Oke will be down in Orland, Florida for the 2012 Surf Expo checking out the latest gear and clothing to be showcased in the shop for 2013! Needless to say, we are all super-pumped to learn more about some of the new technologies and cutting edge designs that we've been hearing about from Naish Kiteboarding, Hyperlite Wakeboards, and many of our other beloved brands carried in the shop in Grand Bend. We'll get back to you soon with photos, news, and info from the trade show.

Hey Endless Surfers! We've had a great month of wind, sun, and flat water. This is probably why we haven't been on the site to say for so long. Consequently, we've got some great news to post! First of all, big thanks to everyone that came up to help out at Wakestock and also to all of our new customers that visited our display and picked up some killer Endless Surf gear. The weather was a bit rough this year up in Collingwood, but the event was off the hook as always! In other news, Endless Surf is now the official Ontario distributor for Ocean Rodeo kite and surf drysuits. Over the years, Ocean Rodeo have perfected their craft as manufacturing some of the most flexible, comfortable, and user friendly drysuits on the market. The Pyro Pro for example, is said to be the only choice for kiteboarders riding in cold water and even colder weather. Plus, they make drysuits designed for surfing, sailing, and other watersports that require extreme protection in extreme conditions. Needless to say, we are not only very proud to be the new Ontario distributor for Ocean Rodeo drysuits, but even prouder to be the exclusive dealer for Ontario's West Coast.

Happy birthday to Canada and the USA and to anyone else that's lucky enough to have a July birthday. In fact, rumor has it that Mr. Andy Oke, the fearless leader of Endless Surf, has his birthday falling on a Friday this year: Friday, July 13th! That should be a good one. Buy him a beer if you see him out on the 13th. On second thought, maybe just wish him a happy birthday, as Andy will likely have already consumed enough beer. Happy Canada Day everyone! Have a good one.

June 12, 2012 - Another month of endless killer weather is upon us + news on annual Canada Day Endless Surf Demo

As if our incredible holiday weekend in May wasn't enough, June has produced even more record breaking summer weather! So, in the spirit of this excellent weather, we wanted to pop on the website and make sure that everyone knew about our latest promotion: Buy any SUP (stand-up paddle board) & paddle, and receive a FREE SUP LESSON with purchase! This promotion runs through the end of the first week of July, as we will be holding our annual Canada Day Weekend SUP demo day with Boardworks Canada and we would like our participants in the demo to be able to take advantage of this promotion. This year, we will also be holding a kiteboarding demo assisted by our favorite kite school Surf Culture Canada! The tentative date for the demo day is Saturday June 30th.

May 10, 2012 - Full weekly hours and new stock as of Victoria Day Weekend!

Hey Endless Surf Team! We've had a busy spring arranging to get lots of killer new product in the shop for the 2012 summer season. As of Friday, May 18 (the Friday of the Victoria Day holiday weekend), we will be open for in season / summer hours with tons of new gear to get you tearing it up on and off the water. Just like the last summer season, our hours are as follows:

Monday - Wednesday: 11am to 8pm
Thursday - Sunday: 10am to 8pm
holiday Mondays: 10am to 8pm

Within the next few weeks, we will also be launching our online store component of the website allowing our customers to purchase select goods online. Stay tuned!

March 21, 2012 - We're back - GRAND OPENING FOR THE 2012 SEASON IS THIS SATURDAY, MARCH 24!

It's been a long time since we updated the site as we have been away most of the winter testing out new gear and scouting for new soft goods for the store. We have tons of great stuff arriving at the store starting in April. Until then, all clothing items are on sale at 75% off. This is an unheard of discount for a surf shop, but we gotta make room for the new stuff. This sale ends when the store closes on Easter Monday, April 9. We'll be open from 12-6 every Saturday and Sunday through Easter and then open with the same hours on Easter Monday. On April 10, we kick back into our mid spring season hours open daily from NOON to 6pm. See you in the shop!

November 10, 2011 - Christmas comes early at Endless Surf - REMINDER!

We're extending our off season weekend hours slightly by opening up this Friday, November 11 at noon to 6pm and then keeping those same hours on Saturday and Sunday. October 29, 2011 - Christmas comes early at Endless Surf!

For one weekend only, the Grand Bend Chamber of Commerce is running their second annual 'Christmas Comes Early' open house and shopping extravaganza, in which Endless Surf is participating. For the weekend of November 11 to 13, we will be open on Friday from noon to 6pm and open again on Saturday and Sunday for our regular fall hours. As a participant in the shopping extravaganza, we are running a buy one get one free sale all weekend. This 3 day sale applies to almost every product in the store except kites, kiteboards, and SUPs.

October 1, 2011 - High Quality Surf Weather

The Endless Surf has been taking advantage of the insane weather we've been having. The strong NW winds have brought massive waves to southern Lake Huron as we quickly learned at our Friday evening Surf session in Kincardine, ON and our Saturday SUP session in Bayfield, ON. On the kiting front, local Jelly Fish Boards pro riders Matt Santoro, Terrie Boddaert and Mike Sloan were tearing it up today in 30+ knots of wind. They were the only riders at Kettle Point and Main Beach in Grand Bend going strapless. Why paddle your surfboard into the waves when you can just have your kite pull you in? We'll be getting more 10+ ft waves tomorrow. Come out and hit it with us!

September 6, 2011 - News news news!

We're starting a new September with lots of Endless Surf related news.

• On August 26, 2011, our very own Jason Kloss made national headlines by completing a 65km swim across Lake Huron to help raise money to support the mission of the Canadian Cancer Society. Members of the Endless Surf Paddle Team were at Jason's side for the home stretch of his swim. Of course, Jason didn't need us for that last 7km as he did swim the entire crossing unassisted, but we were still extremely honoured just to be there with him and help him to support such a worthwhile cause. • Team rider and co-owner Andy Oke placed 4th in the Intermediate Class at the Sarnia Boarder Pass WakeUp Call competition this past weekend. Team Rider Dane Johnston also represented Endless Surf very well in the Junior Class at WakeUp Call just as he did at Wakestock and the nationals in Peterborough this summer. Big props to Dane and Andy! And as if those two having stellar rides at WakeUp Call wasn't already enough to make it a killer Endless Surf weekend, we also had a great turnout for our SUP demo at the Boarder Pass the same day.
• In day to day news, we're recruiting new kiters and paddlers by the day and general traffic in the store has just been amazing! Maybe all the crazy weather we've been having has sparked a new interest in extreme sports. Whatever the cause may be, keep it up! Thanks for your generous support throughout another great Summer and thanks for keeping the planet greener by getting involved in green sports.
• Finally, our Mid Fall Season hours have now kicked in. We're still open 7 days a week through Canadian Thanksgiving to meet your green sport needs! Our hours are as follows (see contact page for full details on business hours):

August 25, 2011 - It's finally time for some Grand Bend kiting!

The intense heat has gone and the breezy days of late summer have finally arrived. It's time to get those kites up! Come out to the shop and check out the new Naish kites we just got in stock.
